Mensor’s precision transducer, gauge and indicator portfolio supports the measurement side of the calibration chain. These devices can be used as laboratory references, transfer standards, portable verification instruments or embedded elements within custom systems. Specific product configurations are offered to address gauge, absolute and differential-pressure measurement requirements, together with different media, ranges, output formats and accuracy requirements.
Primary standards and deadweight testers provide a direct link between applied force, piston area and generated pressure. These instruments remain important within pressure metrology because they establish pressure through a measurement principle traceable to SI units. Mensor and the wider WIKA calibration portfolio support both laboratory and industrial deadweight-testing applications, including pneumatic and hydraulic pressure generation. The company also offers a range of air-data test systems and application-specific pressure-control platforms for aerospace and avionics environments. These systems can generate and control the pressure conditions associated with altitude, airspeed and related flight parameters, supporting the testing and calibration of aircraft instruments, sensors and air-data systems.
Calibration services form another important part of Mensor’s operating model. Its San Marcos, Texas, laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 through A2LA and supports calibration, adjustment and repair for Mensor instruments as well as other pressure devices within its accredited scope. Calibration documentation can include traceability, measurement uncertainty, and as-found and as-left data according to the service required.
