The company’s industrial differential-pressure sensors support flow measurement, air-quality monitoring, laboratory and research equipment, manufacturing systems and other applications where low noise, stable measurements and fast response times are required. Its HVAC sensing products are designed to address airflow, filter monitoring and closed-loop control, including low-pressure ranges beginning at 25 pascals.
For medical equipment applications, the company designs, develops and manufactures sensor families for spirometry, ventilators, high-flow oxygen systems and positive-airway-pressure devices. Superior Sensor Technology’s proprietary Z-Track technology is used within its spirometry products to address zero drift, while dual-sensor modules can combine gauge and differential-pressure measurement capabilities within a single package for CPAP, BiPAP and APAP equipment. Other product configurations incorporate digital filtering, programmable pressure switching, auto-zero support and integrated closed-loop control.
