CAMPAIGN TERMS AND PREFERRED RATES:
- Recurring advertising opportunities may be booked for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Longer campaign terms provide sustained visibility and greater overall value for spend.
- Companies nominated to Sensors + Testing Solutions Finder receive a 15% preferred-rate discount on eligible standalone advertising, content syndication, Sponsored Video and Featured Expert purchases.
- Preferred rates may not be combined with agency commissions, multi-title packages, introductory offers or other discounts unless approved in writing by Sensors + Testing Monthly.
- A limited number of Founding Advertiser opportunities may be available to qualifying companies, subject to advertising inventory.
BOOKING NOTES:
- All prices are in U.S. dollars, current as of today’s date and subject to change without prior notification.
- Purchases made in non-U.S. dollars will be converted to USD at the current daily exchange rate.
- Accepted payment methods are Stripe, ACH, wire transfer or corporate check.
- Stripe payments are subject to an additional 2.9% processing fee.
- Payment in full is due before advertising or promotional services begin.
- Advertisements will begin running within 48 hours after payment and all required materials are received.
- Advertising space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If a booked placement is unavailable, the publisher may substitute a placement of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
- A booking confirmation will be sent within one to two business days after receipt of the request.
- All purchases are subject to our terms and conditions of sale.
- Custom packages and graphic design services are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.
DIGITAL ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS:
- Accepted file formats: JPEG, PNG and GIF.
- Maximum file size: 150KB or smaller, according to the confirmed pixel dimensions.
- All banner advertisements must link to an external URL supplied by the advertiser.
- Advertisements with a white background must include a visible border.
