The PC-based Baumer Sensor Suite has over 6,000 end-users in industrial applications. It facilitates the easy evaluation, selection, and parameterization of IO-Link devices during encoder testing, parameterization, and other engineering tasks. It simplifies complex sensor data into an understandable structure, thereby reducing project runtimes and saving in-house engineering time and resources.

When using the Baumer USB-C CAN adapter, e.g., for assigning node IDs via the Baumer Software Suite, an encoder-to-PC connection can be established instantly without the need for external power supplies.

The newly upgraded Baumer Sensor Suite is available for free download. It is seamlessly compatible with multiple Baumer encoder and inclination sensor families, including the company’s EAM580RS, EAM580R, EAM500R, EAM360R, EAM300, EAM280, EB360R, GIM360R, and others.
