DwyerOmega, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has announced its acquisition of Lake Shore Cryotronics, a provider of cryogenic temperature measurement, magnetic measurement, material characterization, and cryostat solutions.
Founded in 1968 and based in Westerville, Ohio, Lake Shore Cryotronics has built a long-standing reputation for precision instruments and systems used in demanding scientific, industrial, and research environments. Its product portfolio includes sensors, monitors, controllers, cryostats, and measurement systems designed to support high-performance temperature, magnetic, and materials characterization requirements.
With the acquisition, DwyerOmega is able to offer already field-proven, specialty advanced measurement capabilities through its existing and established precision measurement and control platform. It also further expands the company’s cryogenic sensing and control technology portfolio, while broadening its reach across magnetics, materials research, quantum technology, semiconductor, aerospace, medical, fusion, and academic research applications.

Shown here is the Lake Shore Cryotronics CryoComplete system, a turnkey platform for cryogenic electrical measurements from 77 K to 500 K. The system is among the specialized cryogenic measurement technologies being added to the DwyerOmega portfolio through its acquisition of Lake Shore Cryotronics.
