HOW TO SUBMIT NEWS:
We invite all sponsored and unpaid news submissions on a rolling basis. To submit, please utilize our Submit News page or email hello@sensorsandtestingmonthly.com.
When submitting, please include a supporting image (1200 x 628 pixels preferred) with appropriate source attribution, a website product page link, and any relevant datasheet links. We also request a link to the author’s LinkedIn profile.
If the editors of Sensors and Testing Monthly opt to publish your news as unpaid content, you will receive an email notification as it is shared across our social media channels.

WHO CAN SUBMIT NEWS?
Sensors and Testing Monthly invites manufacturers, service providers, distributors, economic development agencies, trade associations, exhibition organizers, small business advocacy organizations, colleges, and universities to submit news to us.

- Is original, non-plagiarized, technically accurate, and grammatically correct content with preference for AP Style.
- Conveys the key distinguishing features of the product, service, or technology in a clear and concise manner.
- Explains how the product, service, or technology helps a prospective customer to solve an application or technical challenge.
- Discusses critical applications that the product, service, or technology supports.
- Maintains non-advertorial language unless a sponsored news submission.
- Avoids using salesy, superlative, and subjective language
- Respects the intellectual property rights of others; properly cites any third-party content used or image sources.
- Is free from promoting any form of discrimination, bias, or offensive material.
- Includes images or graphics where appropriate to enhance the content.
- Does not, from the perspective of our 25-year industry subject matter experts, show signs of having been written by ChatGPT or other AI writing tools.
HOW OFTEN CAN I SUBMIT? HOW OFTEN IS NEWS PUBLISHED?
News submissions to Sensors and Testing Monthly that meet our editorial guidelines are always welcomed and are published on an ongoing basis. We are always on the lookout for original, high-quality, industry-relevant content that helps our readers to solve technical challenges, or that is otherwise informative or educational. No limitations exist on the number of industry-relevant news contributions that any single contributor can make.

HOW LONG ARE NEWS SUBMISSIONS STORED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
All unpaid content on Sensors and Testing Monthly is stored for a minimum of one (1) year from its original publication date. Unless you, as the author, your employer, a court order, a third-party author, or regulatory body asks us to remove it, all sponsored news will remain on our site indefinitely, and otherwise removed or archived at the sole discretion of our editorial team.
CAN I GET A CLICK-THRU REPORT FOR MY PUBLISHED NEWS?
Yes. All Sponsored News on Sensors and Testing Monthly is eligible to receive click-thru and metrics reporting upon request.
CAN MY ADVERTISING/PR AGENCY SUBMIT NEWS?
Of course! We appreciate the role of our agency colleagues as liaisons and advocates for our publications. All advertising and PR agencies are welcome to submit content on behalf of their Clients in sensors, instrumentation, testing, and calibration. At the same time, and as Sensors and Testing Monthly respects the author byline rights of its contributor, we request that agency representatives identify the actual technical content author of any submitted content. Yes. Global industry sales representatives and distributors are encouraged to submit news to Sensors and Testing Monthly, provided that no content infringes upon the original authorship or other rights of any third parties.
HOW DO I BECOME AN APPROVED CONTENT CONTRIBUTOR?
Sensors and Testing Monthly invites industry experts to consider applying to join our editorial board. If selected, you will be able to directly submit content as an approved contributor. Ideal candidates for our editorial board have established technical and industry subject matter backgrounds and past successful publication experience.
